Halocard is accepted at Stripe. Stripe charges the 500 USD Stripe Atlas fee to a debit or credit card in the Pay section of the application, then renews the registered agent for 100 USD a year on the card on file. Stripe payment FAQ

How much does Stripe Atlas cost?
Stripe Atlas costs 500 USD once. That covers incorporation in Delaware, the state fees and your first year of registered agent service. After the first year, Stripe charges 100 USD a year to keep the registered agent. Stripe refunds the Atlas fee if you deposit 5,000 USD into a Stripe Treasury account within 90 days.
How do I pay for Stripe Atlas?
Pay the Atlas fee with a debit or credit card in the Pay section of the Atlas application. The yearly registered agent renewal is then charged to the credit card on file, and you can change that card from the Atlas company page in the Stripe Dashboard.
How do I fix a negative Stripe balance?
Stripe may withdraw the shortfall from the bank account on file within two business days. You can also add funds from the Balances page by ACH transfer, linked bank account or wire. If the automatic debit fails, add funds another way, such as a manual transfer or a credit card.
Why is there a STRIPE charge on my card?
Most STRIPE charges come from a business that uses Stripe to take payments, when the business name is not on the statement. Stripe's charge lookup tool identifies the business. Stripe cannot refund on a business's behalf, so contact the business, or your bank if you suspect fraud.
Can I cancel the Stripe Atlas registered agent renewal?
Yes. Cancel the subscription from the Atlas section of the Stripe Dashboard. Prepaid fees are not refunded, and unless you are dissolving the company you must appoint your own Delaware registered agent to stay in good standing.
