What We Believe

  1. 01

    Data minimization

We collect what's needed to open an account, meet regulation and stop fraud. Nothing more.

  2. 02

    Financial security

Your spending runs on Halocard, kept separate from your primary bank account. Your main card and account details stay out of every checkout, so a breach at a merchant never reaches them.

  3. 03

    Compartmentalization

One card per merchant. A breach or rogue charge stays on that card, which you can lock or replace in seconds.

  4. 04

    Regulated, not anonymous

Every account is verified and Visa still sees each payment. Merchants and your bank see less.

  5. 05

    We never sell your data

We never sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We never pull credit reports or report to credit bureaus.

What Makes Us Different

US-issued Visa credit cards

Issued in the US by Third National. Your limit is your loaded balance, with no interest and no credit line. US merchants accept them where foreign, debit and prepaid cards are often declined.

Open in the US and 120+ countries

US residents are welcome. If you live outside the US, you don't need a US address, US bank account or Social Security number.

Your details, your choice

Set a cardholder name and billing address per card. Merchants never see your home address or main card.

Fund it your way

Top up by debit/credit card, bank transfer, stablecoins, or crypto. Bank transfers in USD, CAD, EUR or GBP.

We keep as little as possible

Identity documents and transaction records sit with our regulated partners, not on our servers.
