Return & Refund Policy

Last updated 19th October, 2026

Halocard provides virtual and physical payment cards and related account services. This policy explains which fees and balances can and cannot be refunded, and what happens when you pause, cancel, or delete your account. It supplements our Terms of Service, which control in the event of any conflict. By using Halocard, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds deposited into your Halocard account are non-refundable. Once funds have been added to your account, they cannot be returned to your original payment method, and any fee charged on a deposit is not refunded. Your balance remains available for use on any eligible purchase through your Halocard cards.

You may withdraw your balance through the withdrawal methods available in your account, subject to the withdrawal fees and minimum withdrawal amount shown in the app before you confirm. A balance below the minimum withdrawal amount cannot be withdrawn and remains available to spend. Withdrawals are governed by Section 3.8 of our Terms of Service.

Subscription and Other Fees

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each monthly or annual billing period and are non-refundable. No refund or credit is given for the current billing period, for any unused portion of it, or for an annual plan after it renews. If you upgrade during a billing period, the unused portion of your current plan is credited toward the new plan as described in Section 4.3 of our Terms of Service. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period, with no refund or credit for the current one.

Other fees, including physical card ordering and shipping fees, pause fees, and withdrawal fees, are shown in the app before you incur them and are non-refundable.

Pausing, Cancelling or Deleting Your Account

You can pause, cancel, or delete your account by choosing Cancel subscription in your account settings. No refund or credit is given for any part of a billing period under any of these options.

Pause. Your pause begins at the end of your current billing period. Your cards are locked, and your cards and transaction history are kept, for up to twelve (12) months. A monthly pause fee, shown in the app before you confirm, is deducted from your balance and is non-refundable. You can resume your plan at any time during the pause. If you do not resume within twelve (12) months, or your balance cannot cover the pause fee, your pause ends and becomes a cancellation.

Cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for later periods. Your cards are then locked, and you have thirty (30) days to reactivate your plan or withdraw your balance. At the end of those thirty (30) days your cards are permanently deleted and any balance remaining in your account is forfeited.

Delete. Your account and cards are permanently deleted immediately, and any balance remaining in your account is forfeited. Deletion cannot be undone, and you cannot re-open any account with Halocard in the future.

Before you cancel or delete, spend or withdraw any balance you want to keep. Refunds, credits, and dispute outcomes that reach your account after its balance has been forfeited are also forfeited.
