How much do I earn per referral?

It depends on the plan your referral activates. For example, a single Essential ($12/mo) referral pays $5 after they've been subscribed for 30 days, then $5 every month they stay subscribed, kept active for the full 12 months, that's $60 for Essential and up to $240 for the Elite plan.

When do I get paid, and in what currency?

Your commissions are credited in USD once a referral has been on a paid subscription for 30 days. After that, a recurring commission accrues each calendar month they remain subscribed. We may delay payouts where necessary to verify the legitimacy of underlying activity.

How do I receive payouts?

You can choose between two methods: (1) your own virtual Visa card which you can use anywhere Visa is accepted, or (2) credit directly to your Halocard balance (if you're an existing Halocard user).

Who can apply?

Accepted Answer

Anyone over 18 who can pass our identity check, holds the necessary marketing licences in their jurisdiction, and isn't located in a sanctioned or restricted territory. Both individuals and entities (companies, agencies) are welcome to apply.

Is there a fee to join, or a minimum audience size?

Accepted Answer

No fees and we don't have minimum follower count or traffic threshold. We look at the quality and authenticity of your audience and how well your channel fits the Halocard product. We do reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.

What's the difference between the Affiliate Program and the Referral Program?

Accepted Answer

The Affiliate Program is the commercial track for professional marketers, creators and influencers. It requires application and approval, pays commissions in USD, and is intended for promotion through public channels with disclosure. The Referral Program is available to any existing Halocard user for non-commercial sharing with friends and family. If you intend to promote Halocard publicly or run campaigns, please apply to the Affiliate Program.

Where can I and can't I promote Halocard?

Anywhere lawful and consistent with our Brand Guidelines like your blog, newsletter, YouTube, Meta, X, Telegram, podcast, and so on. You may not promote on platforms whose primary purpose is illegal activity, on dark-web marketplaces, on coupon-stacking or trial-arbitrage sites, or by bidding on Halocard branded keywords. You may not target residents of jurisdictions where Halocard cannot operate.

Do I have to disclose that I'm an Affiliate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Promotional posts, videos, pages or content that may earn you a commission must include a clear disclosure of your connection to Halocard. Failure to disclose is a breach of the Program Terms and can lead to clawback of commissions.

Are there sub-affiliate or multi-level commissions?

Accepted Answer

No, the Halocard Affiliate Program is a flat, single-tier model where you earn on the referrals you bring. We don't currently offer sub-affiliate, MLM-style or network commissions, however reserve the right to introduce any of these in the future.

What happens after the 12-month commission window ends?

Accepted Answer

Each referral earns you commissions for up to 12 months beginning from when your user has been subscribed for 30 days, with a recurring commission for the next 11 months they remain subscribed.
