Create a card for xAI Grok in Halocard

In your Halocard dashboard, create a new card, name it xAI Grok and set a limit that covers what you are about to pay.

Open Settings, then Billing on grok.com

Sign in at grok.com in a browser and go to Settings, then Billing, or open grok.com/?_s=billing. If Manage Subscription does not open, try an incognito window or a different browser.

Enter the Halocard as your payment method

Choose to change plan or update payment, then enter the card number, expiry and CVV from your Halocard dashboard. Stripe processes the payment for xAI.

What is the XAI LLC charge on my card?

xAI bills Grok subscriptions and API credits. It says a large invoice you do not recognise is often a SuperGrok Heavy yearly plan, not API usage. Check the purchase date and your subscription history, then contact support with the invoice number. See the Grok website and apps FAQ.

How do I cancel or change my Grok plan?

It depends on where you subscribed. On the web, use grok.com/?_s=billing to change plan, update payment or cancel. Apple handles plans bought in the iPhone app, and Google Play handles cancelling plans bought on Android. See the Grok website and apps FAQ.

Can I get a refund for Grok?

xAI's consumer terms say payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. For web and Google Play purchases you can still send the xAI refund request form, and approved refunds usually reach the original payment method in 5 to 10 business days. Apple handles App Store refunds. API credits are not refundable.

How do I pay for xAI API credits?
