How to pay for ElevenLabs with Halocard

Create a card for ElevenLabs in Halocard

In your Halocard dashboard, create a new card, name it ElevenLabs and set a limit that covers what you are about to pay.

Open Subscription and choose a plan

Sign in at elevenlabs.io, click your profile icon in the top right and select Subscription. Toggle monthly or annual billing, then choose your plan.

Pay at checkout and approve the verification

Enter your card details in the checkout form, or pick Apple Pay or Google Pay where it shows. If your bank asks you to verify the payment, complete that step before you leave the page.

Optional: add Pay As You Go credits

Go to Developers settings, then Top Up. Enter at least $5 and confirm with your saved card, or turn on Auto Top Up and set the top up amount and the low balance threshold.

Tips for successful payments at ElevenLabs

AcceptedSubscribe on elevenlabs.io from the Subscription page. If you already subscribed in the mobile app, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play and wait for it to expire first.
AcceptedApple Pay appears at checkout only in Safari on an Apple device, or Chrome and Firefox on iOS 16 or later. Google Pay appears only in Chrome, signed in to the Google account that holds the card.
AcceptedTurn on two-factor authentication before buying Pay As You Go credits. Without it, monthly top-up purchases are capped at $100 on Free, Starter and Creator plans.
AcceptedTo pay with a different card, open Subscription, then Billing, then Manage billing information, add the new card under Payment Methods and set it as the default.

Why do ElevenLabs payments decline?

The payment was not verified with your bank: Retry and complete the extra authentication step your bank or payment processor shows at checkout, following its instructions.
The bank refused the charge or funds were insufficient: Make sure the card covers the plan price plus tax, since ElevenLabs prices exclude taxes, then retry or use another card.
An Auto Top Up failed and your service paused: Top up by hand in Developers settings, then Top Up, after checking the card covers the Auto Top Up amount.

How much does an ElevenLabs subscription cost?

Free is $0. Starter is $6 a month, Creator $22, Pro $99, Scale $299 and Business $990, before taxes. Annual billing costs 10 months' price for a year. Enterprise pricing is custom. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly from the day you subscribe.

How do I cancel my ElevenLabs subscription?

Click your profile icon, select Subscription, then Billing. Under Modify Plan choose Cancel Plan, Proceed, then Cancel Subscription. The plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle, then moves to Free and unused credits are lost. A plan bought in the mobile app is cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account.

Can I get a refund from ElevenLabs?

ElevenLabs refunds a payment if you ask within 14 days and used no credits in that period. Email support@elevenlabs.io from your account email address and give the reason. Pay As You Go top ups are not refundable.

How do ElevenLabs Pay As You Go credits work?

You prepay a balance in Developers settings, then Top Up, from $5. It is used after your plan's monthly credits run out. Auto Top Up charges your saved card when the balance falls below a threshold, $10 by default, adding $20 by default. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. If the balance hits $0 and Auto Top Up is off or fails, usage pauses.

Does ElevenLabs accept PayPal?

No. ElevenLabs lists credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay as its payment methods, and PayPal is not among them.
