- AcceptedOn split pay, make sure every guest registers a Vibee account and pays their share within the time shown at checkout, 3 days from booking in Vibee's terms.

- AcceptedFor a group of more than 8 guests, book through Vibee Support. The online checkout takes up to 8 guests per order.
Why do Vibee payments decline?
- Order canceled after billing verification
- Vibee processes orders only after the card's billing address and other billing details are verified, and cancels orders with details it cannot verify. Re-enter the name and billing address exactly as they appear for the card.
- Payment plan installment did not go through
- Vibee emails a notice and gives a few days to pay. After that the order is canceled and earlier payments are forfeited. Update the card under Account and pay before the deadline in the email.
- Split pay package canceled
- If every guest has not paid within 3 days of booking, Vibee cancels the package and keeps the deposits. Vibee may reinstate it on written request if inventory remains, with full payment plus a fee of at least $50.
- Order canceled for going over the ticket limit
- Each event has a ticket limit shown during purchase, counted across orders with the same name, email, billing address or card. Book within the limit from a single account.
