Why do TicketStar payments decline?

- TicketStar processes an order only after it verifies the cardholder's name and billing address. Re-enter both exactly as they appear for the card. If the details look wrong, customer service calls you at the time of purchase, and an order can be canceled if TicketStar cannot reach you.
- Order canceled for going over the ticket limit
- Orders above an event's published ticket limit are canceled without notice, including orders with the same name, billing address or card. Buy within the limit in a single order.

Who can pick up TicketStar Will Call tickets?
Only the person who bought the tickets, with photo ID. Before event day, Will Call is at the TicketStar box office in the Resch Center during box office hours. On event day, it opens at the venue's box office 60 to 90 minutes before the start.
Is TicketStar the official seller for the Resch Center?
Yes. TicketStar is the only authorized ticket seller for the Resch Center, Meyer Theatre, North Star Mohican Casino and Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center. Other sites selling tickets for these venues are resellers, and TicketStar says it cannot guarantee those tickets.
