Complete your contact and address details
Go to Settings and open the Contact and Addresses tabs. In the viagogo app, tap the second drop-down menu to see them. Fill in any blank required sections and save.

Choose your tickets and go to checkout
Pick your event and tickets on viagogo.com or in the app. Checkout shows the total ticket cost with a list of all fees before you pay.

Pay on the Select Payment Method page
Enter the card on the Select Payment Method page. To use a viagogo coupon or credit, tick it under Gift Card, or select Manage, then + Gift Card, to add a gift card number.

Confirm the order went through
Look for the confirmation email from viagogo and check that the order appears under Orders in your viagogo account.

Why do viagogo payments decline?
- "Something went wrong"
- Go to Settings, open the Contact and Addresses tabs and fill in any blank required sections, then save and try again. If nothing is missing, contact viagogo support.
- The bank or card issuer rejected the purchase
- viagogo says some banks block purchases outside normal spending habits. Confirm with the card issuer, then buy the tickets again, because the failed order is not kept.
- There were not enough funds to cover the purchase
- Make sure the card covers the full total shown at checkout, fees included, then place the order again.
- The order was canceled by viagogo's fraud screening
- viagogo screens sales with automated systems that can cancel an order. If yours was canceled in error, contact viagogo support, which may reinstate it.

viagogo emails you whether the order went through or was unsuccessful. You can also check Orders in your viagogo account or look for a viagogo charge on your statement. Guest orders only show in the guest account, opened with your email, phone number and the access code viagogo sends.
What happens if a viagogo event is canceled?
