Ezzocard's original website went offline

Trustpilot reviewers reported ezzocard.com offline from August 2025, and it now shows a domain parking page. Ezzocard's pages now live at ezzocard.finance, registered on 30 September 2025, which says it is the official successor; reviewers name other domains and warn of imitation sites, and some report paying and receiving no card or reply. “Payment is completed but i didn’t get my credit card also no reply by the support team”

Trustpilot review, 16 November 2025

EzzoCard is a SCAM!

“Your payment will fail 90% of the time AFTER you have already sent them the funds, and they will pretend like nothing happened.”

Trustpilot review, 20 October 2025

Cards declined at checkout

Complaints about cards that merchants declined after they were bought.

Very unpleasant experience

“In the end, none of the 4 (!) different providers accepted their card.”

Trustpilot review, 18 August 2025

I am sorry but it has been only wasted…

“Doesn't work (in Europe at all) and to get ma money back has become a rocket science.”

Trustpilot review, 22 September 2024

Refunds below price paid

Users report refunds worked out on a card's face value, well below what they paid for it.

The card didn't work at the merchant…

“However, they only refund 90% of the face value of the card. Since the price of the card is twice the face value I lost over half of my money on this phony card.”

A very bad experience

“When requesting a refund, it returns only $4.5 of the paid value of $13.5.”

What is Ezzocard?

A shop that sells virtual prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards for cryptocurrency, in US and Canadian dollars with face values from $10 to $10,000. You pay, then receive the card details on the page or by email. Cards are non-reloadable, and each card type has its own validity period and its own rules for where it works.

What fees does Ezzocard charge?

There is no subscription: each card has a price above its face value. On 2026-10-12 a $100 Lime-7 card cost $109.99, a $100 Violet card $119.99 and a $100 Gold card $125.00; a $1,000 Gold card cost $1,029.99. Brown cards add $3 a month after the first year, and CAD cards charge 2.5% outside Canadian dollars. It states no foreign-currency fee for USD cards.

Can you reload an Ezzocard card?

No. Its FAQ and terms say its cards are not reloadable in any way: when the balance is used up or the card expires, you buy another.

Does Ezzocard require ID?

Its pages say no identity verification, ID or documents are needed to buy or register a card. Halocard is a US-issued Visa credit card for customers in the US and 120+ countries, and verifies identity as banking laws require.

Does Ezzocard support 3D Secure?

Its Gold card does: a one-time code goes to a phone number linked to the card, which you read through a link sent with the card. Its homepage says some of its other cards don't support 3D Secure, and lists no other card as supporting it.

Can you use Ezzocard for subscriptions?

Its pages disagree. The homepage says some cards can be used for recurring payments, while its Where to Use guide says they do not support them, and its terms warn that many subscription services refuse prepaid cards and that a failed first attempt can lead to the card being blocked with no refund.

What can you pay Ezzocard with?

Cryptocurrency only: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Tron, Solana, BNB and USDT on four networks. It does not take PayPal, cards or bank transfers, and its terms say a payment sent on an unsupported network is not credited or refunded.

How long does an Ezzocard card last?

It depends on the type, by its homepage. Gold and Violet cards are valid for 24 months from issue, with a shorter period of use. Lime-7 and Lime-30 cards work for 7 or 30 days from purchase, and anything left on them is lost. Maroon and Teal cards last 6 months, Yellow 12, Brown 6 months to 3 years and Orange 5 to 8 years.

Does Ezzocard offer refunds?

Its pages disagree. The homepage and FAQ say an unused card of $25 or more is refunded at 90% of face value in USDT within a month, but its terms say it offers no refunds, returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including for prepaid cards. The terms govern.

Which countries does Ezzocard work in?

It says it sells to buyers anywhere and that its cards work wherever Visa and Mastercard are accepted, with a short list of restricted countries. Its terms say a card in US dollars must be used from a US IP address or it may be blocked, with no refund, and Canadian dollar cards from Canada or the US.

How do I contact Ezzocard support?

By live chat on its site, 6am to 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday, or by email. Its contact page says no other way of reaching it exists, and weekend requests are answered on Monday.

Why did Ezzocard change its website?

Its original site, ezzocard.com, went offline in August 2025 by reviewers' reports and now shows a parking page. Ezzocard's pages at ezzocard.finance say it is the official successor, started in 2020, and that any site on ezzocard.com is not run by it. Reviewers also name other domains and warn of imitation sites, so we could not confirm which sites the original operator runs.

Who issues Ezzocard cards?

Its pages say banks in the US and Canada, and name none of them. They don't name a company behind the service either.

Does Ezzocard work with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Its card pages list Apple Pay and Google Pay for its Gold, Lime-7 and Lime-30 cards. Its FAQ says the cards are online only. Every Halocard can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay, and both can fund your Halocard balance.
