Tips for successful payments at Best Buy
- AcceptedPay a BestBuy.com order with one card for the full total, including tax and shipping. Best Buy does not allow a second card, or a card plus PayPal or Apple Pay, on the same order.

Why do Best Buy payments decline?
- Best Buy cannot authorize the card
- Best Buy emails you right away when there is a problem authorizing the card. Check your spam folder, then fix the card or its limit within 24 hours, or Best Buy cancels the order.
- The order total is more than one card covers
- BestBuy.com takes only one credit or debit card per order and does not let you add PayPal, Apple Pay or prepaid cards to a card payment. Pay the whole total with one card, with enough room on it for tax and shipping.
- A canceled order's hold is still using the card limit
- After you cancel, the card issuer decides when the hold drops off. Best Buy lists about 6 days for Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Leave room on the card for it, or wait before you order again.

My Best Buy Plus renews automatically each year, and your chosen card is charged $29.99 plus tax, or the then-current price. Cancel any time by calling 1-888-237-8289 or by managing subscriptions in your BestBuy.com account. Cancel within 60 days of a renewal for a refund, minus the value of benefits already used.
