LinkPay is a crypto-funded virtual card service for advertisers outside the US, run by a Canadian money services business, that charges a fee on every purchase and froze cards and withdrawals for months during a early 2025 banking-partner outage.

Halocard is the better choice for most people: a US-issued Visa credit card for customers in the US and 120+ countries, issued to you by a named card issuer, with no fee on US-dollar purchases. LinkPay sells virtual Visa and Mastercard cards made for Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other ad platforms, with team accounts and up to 2% cashback on its dearest plan. LinkPay doesn't serve the United States: its restricted-country list bars US citizens, residents, phone numbers and IP addresses. Its verification has three levels: with no verification, spending is capped at $500 a month and only advertising cards can be issued; basic verification (full name, address and ID details) raises the cap to $2,000 and opens every card except the Apple Pay and Google Pay ones; unlimited verification, with an ID photo and a live check, removes the limits. Lite is free with no cards included, Plus costs $59 a month with 5 cards, Pro $179 with 15 and Ultra $209 with 79; on Lite every card costs $9 and loading it 4.9%, every purchase costs 2% (minimum $2) on Lite, falling to 1% on Pro and Ultra, and withdrawals go to a crypto wallet and its terms allow 10 working days to process them. Halocard is a US-issued Visa credit card for customers in the US and 120+ countries, funded by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, stablecoins, or crypto.

LinkPay FAQ

Is LinkPay safe?

LinkPay is run by Avior Financial Holdings Limited, a company in Richmond, British Columbia, registered with FINTRAC as a Canadian money services business, and it works as a live service. LinkPay says its cards come from partner banks and names none of them, and its terms allow it to lock an account and freeze its funds without notice while it investigates. In early 2025, technical issues at its banking partner stopped cards and withdrawals for months, and it is rated 1.8/5 on Trustpilot. Keep only what you plan to spend in the account.

Who runs LinkPay?

LinkPay is run by Avior Financial Holdings Limited, a company in Richmond, British Columbia, registered with FINTRAC as a Canadian money services business, number M23039048. Registration is not a licence or a guarantee of your funds, and LinkPay names no card issuer or founder. Its terms' governing-law clause also names two other companies, Queensland Foreign Exchange, Inc. and Second February Limited of Seychelles, without saying how they relate to LinkPay.

What is LinkPay?

A virtual card service funded with crypto, aimed at advertisers. You deposit USDT, Bitcoin or another coin and issue virtual Visa or Mastercard cards made for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, other ad networks, everyday purchases or Apple Pay and Google Pay, with team accounts on its paid plans.

Does LinkPay require KYC?

For anything past small ad spend, yes. Its FAQ sets three levels: with no verification, spending is capped at $500 a month and only advertising cards can be issued; basic verification (full name, address and ID details) raises the cap to $2,000 and opens every card except the Apple Pay and Google Pay ones; unlimited verification, with an ID photo and a live check, removes the limits. Its AML policy asks for ID, proof of address, a phone number and a liveness check for full access. The page selling its card for Apple Pay and Google Pay says no KYC is needed, which its FAQ contradicts.

Is LinkPay available in the US?

No. LinkPay doesn't serve the United States: its restricted-country list bars US citizens, residents, phone numbers and IP addresses. Its cards can still pay US merchants from elsewhere.

What fees does LinkPay charge?

Lite is free with no cards included, Plus costs $59 a month with 5 cards, Pro $179 with 15 and Ultra $209 with 79. A card costs $9 a card on Lite, falling to $5 on Plus, $3 on Pro and $2 on Ultra once a plan's cards are used, and loading money onto it 4.9% on Lite, falling to 2.9% on Ultra. Every purchase costs 2% (minimum $2) on Lite, falling to 1% on Pro and Ultra, every declined payment 2% on Lite, falling to 1% on Pro and Ultra, deposits 1% on Lite, and a withdrawal on Lite 3% with a $5 minimum. LinkPay shows card prices and card load fees only in its dashboard; these are the figures CardAff records from it, and its terms carry an older table, with Ultra at $299.

How long do LinkPay withdrawals take?

Up to 10 working days, by its terms: withdrawals go to a crypto wallet after a manual review, and identity checks may be needed. Reviewers on Trustpilot report waiting weeks.

How do you fund LinkPay?

With crypto. Its FAQ says top-ups are crypto only for now, with USDT and Bitcoin among the coins, and its page for Apple Pay and Google Pay cards puts the minimum deposit at $50.

Does LinkPay work with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Not clearly. LinkPay's own pages disagree: the page selling its card for Apple Pay and Google Pay says you can add that card to either wallet, while its FAQ says the integration is still coming soon and keeps those cards to fully verified accounts. Even where it works, it is one card type, and basic verification doesn't unlock it.

Does LinkPay pay cashback?

On its paid plans: 1% on Pro and 2% on Ultra by its pricing table, while its terms say 3% on Ultra. The credit is credited to your LinkPay balance for fees and other services, capped each billing cycle, never withdrawable and void after 12 months.

How do I contact LinkPay support?

By live chat on its site, a Telegram bot or email. LinkPay lists no phone number.
