Crypto and quasi-cash purchases are classified as high-risk purchases by Visa and our issuing bank, so payments to merchants in this category will be declined by Halocard. See Halocard's merchant restrictions.

Why Halocard cannot be used at Swapped.com

Swapped.com is charged under the crypto and quasi-cash purchases category, which Visa and our issuing bank classify as high-risk, so Halocard declines payments to it on every card. This is a Halocard rule, not a Swapped.com rule.
