Create a card for Roblox in Halocard
In your Halocard dashboard, create a new card, name it Roblox and set a limit that covers what you are about to pay.

How to pay for Roblox with Halocard

Open Settings, then Payment Methods on roblox.com
Sign in on roblox.com in a web browser, open Settings and select the Payment Methods tab to save the card. You can also add it at checkout.

Choose Robux or a Roblox Plus option
Pick a Robux package, or Roblox Plus on its own or as a Plus 500, Plus 1000 or Plus 2000 bundle that adds Robux every month.

Select the card at checkout
Choose the saved card, or select Pay another way under the card menu to enter a new one. Enter the billing information exactly as the card provider has it on record.

Enter the Xsolla verification code if asked
Xsolla may place a small charge on the card. The amount is the code: for a $0.44 charge, enter 0.44 within 3 hours. If several codes arrive, use the latest one.

Tips for successful payments at Roblox
- AcceptedAdd or change cards on roblox.com in a browser, under Settings, then Payment Methods, or at checkout. Payment methods cannot be updated in the Roblox mobile app.
- AcceptedPay from an adult account. Only users who have reached the age of majority may buy Robux or a Roblox subscription, and saving a card is limited to users 18 and over.
- AcceptedEach Robux or Roblox Plus purchase must be paid in full with one payment method, so put the whole amount on one card.
- AcceptedEnter the billing name and address exactly as they appear on your Halocard.
Why do Roblox payments decline?
- The billing address was entered incorrectly
- Enter the billing information on Roblox exactly as it is registered with the card provider, then try the payment again.
- Roblox's fraud prevention measures were triggered
- Complete the Xsolla verification if it appears. If the card is still declined, Roblox suggests a different payment method such as PayPal or a Roblox gift card.
- The purchasing limit was reached
- Roblox purchasing limits cannot be lifted, and Customer Support cannot change them. Roblox suggests redeeming a gift card for a new purchase instead.
- A pending charge stays after a failed payment
- Do not keep retrying the purchase. Roblox says the held amount returns to the card within 1 to 10 business days and Roblox does not receive it.

How do I buy Robux?
Robux can be bought in the Roblox mobile, browser, PlayStation and Xbox One apps. On roblox.com you can pay with a credit, debit or prepaid card, PayPal or Roblox gift card credit, and buying on the web, computers or with gift cards gives up to 25% more Robux. In the mobile apps, Robux are in-app purchases through Google Play, iTunes, Amazon or Samsung.
Can you buy Robux with PayPal?
Yes, in the Roblox browser app. PayPal is one of four methods Roblox lists there, with cards, prepaid credit cards and Roblox gift cards, and Roblox Plus can also be bought with PayPal on web and desktop. The mobile apps use in-app purchases instead.
Can I still buy Roblox Premium?
No. Roblox Premium stopped being sold on April 30, 2026. Existing members can keep their subscription but cannot resubscribe if they cancel. Roblox Plus replaced it, with optional Plus 500, Plus 1000 and Plus 2000 bundles that add monthly Robux, and it can be bought on the web by card, PayPal or gift card credit.
What is the small Xsolla charge from Roblox?
It is a card verification charge from Xsolla, one of Roblox's payment providers, usually between $0.20 and $0.90. Enter the amount on Roblox as the code within 3 hours to finish the purchase. The charge is credited back within 1 to 10 working days whether or not you complete the purchase.
How do I add or remove a card on Roblox?
Sign in on roblox.com in a browser and open the Payment Methods tab in Settings, where you can add and delete cards, or add one at checkout. You can save as many cards as you like. If a saved card shows as expired, delete it and add it again with the new date. The mobile app cannot change payment methods.
