While Halocard has successfully processed transactions at IGG, this isn't a guarantee of acceptance. Merchant acceptance can change at any time, and merchants can apply fraud and risk-based controls that prevent individual customers from using US-issued cards at checkout. We recommend using Halocard to make a test payment with IGG in your own situation to confirm acceptance.

IGG payment FAQ

What should I do if IGG declines or doesn't support my card?
Pay with a Halocard instead. IGG accepts it, and as a US-issued Visa credit card held in US dollars it is accepted at checkouts that are strict about card type or country. Halocard is available for customers in the US and 120+ countries, so check that your country is supported, then make a card for IGG in minutes. See the countries Halocard supports.
Can I use a virtual card for IGG?
Yes. IGG accepts Halocard, a US-issued Visa credit card that works like a debit card. Halocard has already processed 500+ transactions at IGG. Make a card just for IGG and you are in full control: set a limit, lock it or cancel it whenever you like, without ever handing IGG your bank card.
Can I keep my real card and address private from IGG?
Yes, with Halocard. Halocard is a US-issued Visa credit card that gives you a separate card for each merchant, so IGG only ever sees your Halocard, never your bank card. You choose the cardholder name and billing address on each card, so your home address stays out of IGG's records. If IGG is ever caught up in a data breach, cancel that one card and make a new one in seconds.
How do I stop IGG charging me after I cancel?
The fastest way is to lock the Halocard you use for IGG. Halocard is a US-issued Visa credit card that gives you a separate card for each merchant, and locking one takes a couple of clicks in your Halocard dashboard. IGG can't charge that card again until you unlock it, so you stay in full control even when cancelling is slow or hard to find. To cancel with IGG as well, sign in to your IGG account and cancel the plan in its billing or subscription settings.
Where can I top up IGG games online?
IGG runs an official Payment Center with a Buy Now link for each game, including Lords Mobile, Doomsday: Last Survivors, Viking Rise, Castle Clash, Mythic Heroes and Time Princess. The Lords Mobile shop is called the Diamond Shop and sells Diamonds plus Weekly and Monthly Diamond Passes, priced in dollars.
What payment methods does Lords Mobile accept?
The Lords Mobile payment page shows Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express credit and debit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. IGG's terms also name Apple Pay and Google Play. In the iPhone app, purchases are charged to your Apple account, and the Android app sells through Google Play.
What are Diamonds in Lords Mobile?
Diamonds are a Lords Mobile currency used to buy in-game packs. You buy them on the Diamond Shop, and they are spent first when you buy a pack. If you run short, the game takes you to the regular payment process for the rest.
Can I get a refund for an IGG purchase?
IGG's terms say no game currency or item is eligible for return and the fee is not refundable, in whole or in part. A disputed or charged-back payment can lead IGG to suspend or close the account if it detects fraud. Purchases made through Apple or Google Play also follow that platform's terms.
Who is IGG Singapore Pte. Ltd.?
IGG Singapore Pte. Ltd. is the IGG company that offers its games under IGG's terms of service and is the developer named on the Lords Mobile app listings. A charge in its name is a purchase in an IGG game, such as Diamonds, a pass, a pack or a subscription like Turf Club, which renews monthly until cancelled.
