How to pay for G2G with Halocard

Choose an offer and click Buy Now
Find the game coins, item, account or gift card you want and click Buy Now. Enter the quantity, pick a delivery method and read the seller's notes and delivery time, then click Buy Now again to reach checkout.

Select Visa and enter the card
Confirm the order details, choose Visa as the payment method and fill in the card number, expiry date and CVV. If the form keeps loading, use the Enter card manually option and type the details in.

Click Pay Now and finish any check
Click Pay Now and follow the on-screen instructions, such as your bank's verification step. Wait for the order number and the email confirmation, then follow the order in My Orders.

Tips for successful payments at G2G
- AcceptedUse a G2G phone number from the same country as your card, or keep a proof of identity ready, since a mismatch sends the payment to a verification check.
- AcceptedOn products with payment restrictions, such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express gift cards and Old School RuneScape goods, type the card in at checkout rather than paying through Apple Pay.
- AcceptedAfter you click Pay Now, let the G2G page finish loading until the order number appears, so the order is recorded against your payment.
- AcceptedTurn off any VPN and use Chrome or Edge, ideally on a desktop, if the G2G card form keeps loading.
Why do G2G payments decline?
- Payment stuck at "Securing payment information"
- Go back to the checkout page, choose Enter card manually and type the card number, expiry date and CVV. Do not tick both the Click to Pay and Remember me boxes, and do not cancel the order while it loads.
- Phone number and payment country mismatch
- Change your G2G phone number to the country of your card, or submit a proof of identity through G2G's verification portal.
- Order stays at Verifying Payment
- Check your email or the order remarks and complete what G2G asks for: a proof of identity, a phone number, profile or billing address update. A submitted identity check can take up to 48 hours to review.
- Order still Pending or canceled after paying
- The card issuer may still be authorizing the payment. If the order is not updated within 72 hours, the payment is canceled and any authorization hold is released by your bank within 1 to 14 days.

What should I do if G2G declines or doesn't support my card?
Pay with a Halocard instead. G2G accepts it, and as a US-issued Visa credit card held in US dollars it is accepted at checkouts that are strict about card type or country. Can I use a virtual card for G2G?
Yes. G2G accepts Halocard, a US-issued Visa credit card that works like a debit card. Make a card just for G2G and you are in full control: set a limit, lock it or cancel it whenever you like, without ever handing G2G your bank card.
Can I keep my real card and address private from G2G?
Yes. G2G only ever sees your Halocard, never your bank card. You choose the cardholder name and billing address on each card, so your home address stays out of G2G's records. If G2G is ever caught up in a data breach, cancel that one card and make a new one in seconds.
Does G2G accept PayPal?
Yes. G2G lists PayPal Wallet among its e-wallets, with a fee of 3.49% plus USD 0.30 in the USD view of its payment guide. PayPal Pay Later is also offered for orders from USD 30 to USD 10,000.
Is G2G legit?
G2G is run by GAMER2GAMER GLOBAL Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and is part of Hydron Holdings. Sellers are independent, so G2G holds the buyer's payment in escrow until delivery, adds GamerProtect and runs anti-fraud checks, including identity checks. Only confirm receipt once you have checked the item works, because confirming releases the payment to the seller.
How do G2G refunds work?
G2G refunds an order that was not delivered or does not match its description, and you must raise a claim within 72 hours of delivery. You choose G2G Store Credit, which arrives as soon as the request is approved, or the original payment method, which banks can take up to 14 days to finalize. Handling fees on verified orders are kept.
What fees does G2G charge at checkout?
Each payment method carries its own fee. In the USD view of G2G's payment guide, Visa and Mastercard are 3.99%, American Express is 3.49% plus USD 0.30, and Apple Pay and Google Pay are 4.49% plus USD 0.10. G2G also collects an order handling fee at checkout, which is kept once an order is verified.
How does G2G Store Credit work?
Store Credit comes from order refunds and is deducted automatically when you check out. If it covers only part of the order, you pay the rest with another method, and if it covers all of it, no extra fees apply. Store Credit can only be earned this way; G2G does not sell top-ups.
