Not acceptedHalocard is not accepted

Halocard is not accepted at Fanvue, which charges under adult content, a high-risk category Halocard doesn't support. Fanvue accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency through the Fanvue wallet. Most card payments ask for 3D Secure, so approve your bank's prompt within about 2 minutes and keep the payment window open until it finishes.

What merchant category (MCC) is Fanvue?

5967Direct marketing: inbound teleservices (adult content billing)
Adult content is classified as a high-risk purchase by Visa and our issuing bank, so payments to merchants in this category will be declined by Halocard. This excludes OnlyFans, which is supported by Halocard. See Halocard's merchant restrictions.

Why Halocard cannot be used at Fanvue

Fanvue is charged under the adult content category, which Visa and our issuing bank classify as high-risk, so Halocard declines payments to it on every card. This is a Halocard rule, not a Fanvue rule.

What you can do instead

  • Apple Pay or Google Pay with a card from your bank, on a device or browser that supports it.

Fanvue payment FAQ

Does Fanvue accept PayPal?
No. Fanvue's payment methods article says PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Discover cards, bank transfers and store gift cards are not supported, and a payment with one of them is refused. Pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cryptocurrency through the Fanvue wallet.
How do I cancel a Fanvue subscription?
Go to Settings, then Payments & Subscriptions, then Manage My Subscriptions, where each renewal date is shown. Cancel at least 1 or 2 hours before the renewal, because a payment that is already processing cannot be stopped. Access continues until the end of the current 30-day period, and a free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
Is there a Fanvue app in the App Store or Google Play?
No. Fanvue says App Store and Google Play rules stop it from offering a mobile app, so it runs as a web app on fanvue.com. In Safari on iPhone, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. In Chrome on Android, choose Add to Home screen or Install app. Payments are made on the website.
How does Fanvue show up on my bank statement?
As fanvue.com, with no creator name or other description, whether you paid for a subscription, pay-per-view content or a tip. Purchases through a Fanvue Checkout link can show as FANVUE.COM/PAY followed by a reference. Fanvue's terms add that some charges are debited as Shift Holdings Ltd, depending on the payment method and location.
Can I get a refund on Fanvue?
Usually not. Subscriptions, renewals, tips, pay-per-view content and direct message purchases are non-refundable. Fanvue reviews a case raised within 30 days when you were charged twice, a technical error kept you from content you paid for, content differed from its description or a paid custom request was not fulfilled. Contact support first: a chargeback raised without it can get the account permanently banned.
