Checkout adds a service fee of 5.5% of the order, plus $3.50 on orders under $200. You can use only one card per transaction, though Fiverr Balance can cover part of an order.

While Halocard has successfully processed transactions at Fiverr, merchant acceptance can change at any time. Merchants can apply fraud and risk-based rules that prevent customers from using US-issued cards at checkout which is outside of Halocard's control. How to pay for Fiverr with Halocard

Choose a Gig package and click Continue
On the Gig page, pick a package, add any extras or extra quantity, and click Continue to reach the payment options page.

Pay by credit or debit card
Choose credit or debit card, then enter the card number, expiry date, security code and billing ZIP code. Tick Save as default to keep the card. Check the price, taxes and service fee on the right, then click Confirm & pay.

Enter the verification code if asked
Some payments need an extra security step. Choose to get a code by phone or email, enter it and confirm to finish the order.

Manage the card under Billing and payments
Click your profile picture, then Billing and payments, then the Payment methods tab. Use the three-dot menu next to a card to make it your default or remove it.

Tips for successful payments at Fiverr
- AcceptedBudget for Fiverr's service fee on top of the Gig price: 5.5% of the purchase, plus $3.50 on orders under $200. Extras and tips each carry their own fee.
- AcceptedTick Save as default at checkout to keep the card. Fiverr only lets you add a card under Payment methods after your first purchase with it.
- AcceptedOn a Fiverr Pro account, only admins and billing managers can add a payment method. Members pay with the card the admin saved.
- AcceptedFiverr removes a saved payment method that has not been used for four months, so add the card again if it is missing at checkout.
Why do Fiverr payments decline?
Insufficient funds
Fiverr names this as the most common reason a payment fails. Make sure the card covers the order plus the service fee, then pay again.
Incorrect card details
A mistyped card number, expiry date, security code or billing ZIP code stops the payment. Check each field and start checkout again from the beginning.
Extra verification not completed
Some payments need a 3D Secure step from the card issuer. If you close or skip it, the payment fails, so retry and finish the check.
Repeated attempts
Fiverr or the bank may decline extra attempts made in a short time as duplicates. Try once more from the start, without the back button or a page refresh.

What should I do if Fiverr declines or doesn't support my card?

How do I get a refund from Fiverr?
When an order is canceled, Fiverr returns the order amount and service fee to your Fiverr balance. To get the money back on your card or PayPal instead, click Request a Refund on the Available balances tab, on desktop or iOS. Refunds usually arrive within 10 days, and payments older than 180 days may not go back to the original method.
Why is there a pending charge after a failed Fiverr payment?
It is the authorization request, not a charge. Fiverr cancels it on its side, and your bank releases the reserved funds, usually within 2 to 7 days.
What are Fiverr Credits?
Fiverr Credits are funds Fiverr gives you, for example through its referral program. They are applied first to your next order, usually expire three months after you receive them, and cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
