Why do Nous Research payments decline?

You choose the cardholder name and billing address on each card, so your home address stays out of Nous Research's records. How much does Nous Portal cost?
Free costs $0 and covers free models only. Plus is $20 a month with $22 in credits, Super is $100 with $110, and Ultra is $200 with $220, as shown on the Manage Subscription page on 2026-10-06.
What happens to unused Nous Portal credits?
Some credits roll over, up to a cap of $10 on Plus, $50 on Super and $100 on Ultra.
Can I get a refund on a Nous Portal plan?
Nous Research says all fees are non-refundable, including for months an account was not used. If you upgrade, the unused part of your prepaid fee goes toward the new plan.
