Choose a plan on the Manus website
Sign in at manus.im and open the pricing page. Pro starts at $20 a month, and the Pro plan from $40 a month includes a 7-day free trial.

Enter the card details at checkout
Type the card number, expiry date, CVC and billing address with ZIP code. Manus processes card payments through Stripe.

To change the card later, use Edit billing
Click Account, then Manage, then Edit billing. Add the new card, then delete the old payment method.

Tips for successful payments at Manus
- AcceptedTo start a free trial, choose a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link as the payment method.
- AcceptedGive Manus your full name, address, state, postal code and phone number as billing information.
- AcceptedExpect sales tax, VAT or GST on top of the plan price, set by your billing location.

Why do Manus payments decline?
- Your bank declined the payment
- Check the card number, expiry date, CVC and billing address with ZIP code, and confirm the card has enough funds. Some banks block online or international payments by default, so ask the card issuer if everything matches. Manus typically does not receive the decline reason from the bank.
- A past-due subscription payment is in the way
- A failed renewal leaves the subscription past due. On the Manus website choose Edit billing on the pricing page to pay with another card, or choose Downgrade to Free and buy the plan again. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are fixed with Apple or Google support.
- Alipay selected for a free trial
- Choose a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link to start the trial. Alipay is available once the trial ends or for a paid plan bought directly.
- Payment attempted through a third-party platform
- Pay through the official Manus checkout on the website or in the app. Manus warns that third-party payment platforms can fail and can lead to account restrictions.

What should I do if Manus declines or doesn't support my card?

How do I stop Manus charging me after I cancel?
The fastest way is to lock the Halocard you use for Manus. Halocard is a US-issued Visa credit card that gives you a separate card for each merchant, and locking one takes a couple of clicks in your Halocard dashboard. Manus can't charge that card again until you unlock it, so you stay in full control even when cancelling is slow or hard to find. To cancel with Manus as well: Click your profile avatar, then Account, then Upgrade or Manage, and choose Downgrade to Free. Cancel before the billing cycle ends, because a renewal that has already been charged is not refunded. Check the Account usage tab to see when the downgrade takes effect.
How do I try Manus without being charged when the trial ends?

Can I pay for Manus in the mobile app?
Yes. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed and managed through Apple, and those bought in the Android app through Google Play. Change the payment method or cancel in the App Store or Google Play, not in Manus. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Why was I charged more than the Manus plan price?
Manus adds sales tax, VAT or GST based on your billing location, collected by Stripe, Apple or Google. Your bank may also add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Open the payment details to see whether the extra amount is tax.
What currency does Manus charge in?
Manus sets every subscription and credit price in USD. You can pay with a card in another currency, and your bank converts the amount and decides the exchange rate and any fees.
