Choose a plan on the Pricing page
Open the Higgsfield Pricing page, choose a plan and complete Stripe Checkout. The plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Or add the card under Manage Account, then Subscription
Click your avatar, select Manage Account and open Subscription. In Payment methods, select Add new payment method. A new card becomes the default for future charges.

Set the billing address
On the same Subscription page, find Billing information under Payment methods and select Manage. The address you enter there sets the tax at checkout and appears on your invoices.

Buy credits or Unlimited access
Open Buy Credits for a Credit Pack, or the Unlimited Models tab there for an Unlimited bundle priced per model and resolution.

Tips for successful payments at Higgsfield.ai
- AcceptedPay only through Stripe Checkout on higgsfield.ai. Higgsfield staff cannot charge a card manually, and Higgsfield never asks for card details by email.
- AcceptedAllow for local tax. The Pricing page shows the price before tax, and Stripe adds the tax for your billing location as a separate line before you confirm.
- AcceptedAn upgrade mid-cycle charges the prorated difference straight away, and Credit Packs and Auto-Refill show as separate charges from the subscription.
- AcceptedKeep one Higgsfield account per card. If two accounts are registered to the same card, both are charged.
Why do Higgsfield.ai payments decline?
The bank verification (3D Secure) was not completed
Complete the verification prompt your bank shows at Stripe Checkout, then check the expiry date, CVC and available balance on the card and try again.
Payment blocked while a VPN is on
Turn the VPN off and pay again. Higgsfield says some payment processors block VPN connections. An incognito window or another browser can also help.
The renewal payment failed and generations are limited
Open Manage Account, then Subscription, then Upcoming Invoice and All invoices, and pay the unpaid invoice. Or add a new card and select Try to charge now. Access returns once the payment succeeds.
An Auto-Refill payment failed and credits were not added
Update the payment method in Manage Account, then Subscription. The top-up stays paused until a charge succeeds.

What should I do if Higgsfield.ai declines or doesn't support my card?

How do I stop Higgsfield.ai charging me after I cancel?
The fastest way is to lock the Halocard you use for Higgsfield.ai. Halocard is a US-issued Visa credit card that gives you a separate card for each merchant, and locking one takes a couple of clicks in your Halocard dashboard. Higgsfield.ai can't charge that card again until you unlock it, so you stay in full control even when cancelling is slow or hard to find. To cancel with Higgsfield.ai as well: Click your avatar, select Manage Account and open Subscription. In Plan Settings, open Manage Subscription, select Show, then Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the free tier. Canceling stops renewals but returns no money on its own.
Can I keep my real card and address private from Higgsfield.ai?
Yes, with Halocard. Halocard is a US-issued Visa credit card that gives you a separate card for each merchant, so Higgsfield.ai only ever sees your Halocard, never your bank card. You choose the cardholder name and billing address on each card, so your home address stays out of Higgsfield.ai's records. If Higgsfield.ai is ever caught up in a data breach, cancel that one card and make a new one in seconds.
Can I get a refund from Higgsfield?
Yes, for an initial purchase within 7 days, or longer where local law allows, if no credits from it have been used. Renewals are not refundable. Credit Packs and Auto-Refill charges follow the same rule. Contact Higgsfield Support with your account email, the purchase date and the amount. A service fee of up to 6% may be deducted, and an approved refund cancels the plan at once.
Does Higgsfield accept PayPal or crypto?
No. Higgsfield's billing help says PayPal and cryptocurrency are not supported. Pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or JCB card, Apple Pay, or a bank payment where Stripe offers one.
Do Higgsfield credits expire?
Yes. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit Pack, Auto-Refill and Boost credits last 90 days from purchase, and promo credits expire on the date shown. Subscription credits are spent first, then the balance that expires soonest.
Can I use Higgsfield for free?
Yes, with limits. The free tier gives access to a small set of models and includes no credits. A paid plan unlocks the full model library, monthly credits, parallel generation and, on mid and top plans, Unlimited access to selected models.
