  • AcceptedThe card is still open when FedEx scans the label. A FedEx account is charged at the scan, not when you print.
  • AcceptedTo change the card on an account, open Manage Account and click Edit next to Credit Card and Billing information.
  • AcceptedFedEx Freight bills separately from Federal Express since June 2026. Check the remit-to address on the invoice, and note that the payment portal does not take FedEx Freight invoices.
  • AcceptedEnter the billing name and address exactly as they appear on your Halocard.

Why do FedEx payments decline?

The card charge fails after the label is scanned
FedEx sends an invoice and adds a special handling fee. Keep the card open with enough limit until the package ships, then pay the invoice.
The FedEx Import Tool link has expired
The link only works for 48 hours. Wait for the paper invoice and pay it at fedex.com/pay/invoice.
