Halocard is accepted at Twitch. Twitch accepts major credit cards, certain debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Twitch gift card balance for subs, Bits and Turbo on twitch.tv. In the iPhone and Android apps, Apple or Google Play bills the purchase. Add the card at checkout on your first purchase, because the Wallet manages only payment methods already used for a purchase.

Merchants can apply fraud and risk-based rules that prevent customers from using US-issued cards at checkout which is outside of Halocard's control. We recommend using Halocard to first make a test payment with Twitch to confirm acceptance for your individual situation. Halocard does not provide refunds in the event your card is declined.
01
In your Halocard dashboard, create a new card, name it Twitch and set a limit that covers what you are about to pay.
02
Click Subscribe under a channel's video and pick Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3, open twitch.tv/bits and choose a Bits bundle, or open twitch.tv/turbo for Turbo.
03
At checkout choose credit / debit card, or select See More Methods for other options. Enter the card details, then click Complete Purchase after checking the final amount, which may include tax.
04
Click your profile icon at the top right and choose Wallet. Use Update Payment Info next to the card to change the payment method for your renewing subs.
Twitch says some banks and payment providers limit how often you can buy online. Wait and try the purchase again later, and contact your card issuer if it keeps failing.
Check your personal details are entered correctly and are current, that the payment method matches your country of residence, and turn off any VPN before trying again.
Delete the card at twitch.tv/payments and add it again at checkout, then retry in a private browser window. Deleting a card cancels renewals of the subs on it, so update those subs afterwards.
Click Try Again with the same or a different payment method, try a private window, or delete and re-add the payment method. Check with your bank that nothing blocks Twitch, or wait 24 hours and try again.
Twitch is an Amazon-owned live streaming service where viewers watch and chat with creators streaming games, music, sports and other content. Viewers pay for channel subscriptions in three tiers, Bits to cheer in chat, and Turbo for ad-free viewing across the site.
