Halocard provides virtual credit card services, a digital product with no physical goods to return or ship. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all Halocard services. By using Halocard, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

Deposited Funds

Funds deposited into your Halocard account are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Once funds have been added to your account or loaded onto a virtual card, they cannot be returned to your original payment method. Deposited funds remain available for use on any eligible purchase through your Halocard virtual cards.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Halocard subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your current billing period
  • Any unused virtual cards and remaining balances will continue to function until your subscription expires
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation

Disputed & Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your Halocard virtual card was unauthorized or made in error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, work with our card issuer to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable card network rules.
